"Drawing Tool" menu option opens tools for drawing.

To make drawing tools active:

1. Open background, using the hotkey "CTRL + O".
   
2. Press "Drawing Tool" button.
   
3. Tools for drawing will appear.

You can draw tables and other figures, using this tool.
